Announcement To All District 67 Families District 67 families have the option of purchasing school supplies through the APT-sponsored program, or on their own. If you wish to purchase supplies on your own, or have missed the window to order through the APT program, please click on the link below. APT-Sponsored School Supply Program Click here for an informational flyer The APT offers a school supply ordering service that allows parents to go online to order school supplies for the 2010-11 school year. School Pak, Inc provides this service for our district based on the District 67 developed list for the 2010-11 school year. This program is sponsored by the APT, is not for profit, is not a fundraiser and is totally optional. It is meant for your convenience and ease. Don’t miss out! Place your order by June 15th to receive our district volume discount and free school delivery. All orders after June 15th will include a price increase of approximately 7-8% in addition to a home delivery charge. All orders will be taken online. This will allow you to order for all of your children in District 67 at the same time. We will not be able to accept any order forms at school. Below is the link that will take you directly to the Lake Forest page. Link to purchase School Supplies! Just click on the appropriate school to place your order. Please remember that you are ordering supplies for your child’s grade for the fall of 2010. Don’t forget to order foreign language and/or band extras according to your child’s needs. Please also remember that a few of the requested items - such as Ziplock bags and wipes - are NOT part of the School Paks. For a list of these items, please download the supply list from the School Pak website. These items will be marked as "additional items you will need." You will have the option to have the supplies shipped to school or to your home. Packs delivered to the school will be available for pick up in your child’s classroom on the walk-through day before school starts. Please note to receive free school delivery, you must order by June 15th. All orders after June 15th must be home delivered. Orders delivered to your home will include a delivery charge based on weight. Once your order has been received, School-Pak, Inc. will send you an email confirmation. School Pak, Inc. will continue to take orders after June 15th, until they begin to run out of supplies, which is usually in late July.
