Gifted Screening Meetings

When: Thursday, April 8, 2010
Time: 1:00-1:45 PM for K-4
  2:00-2:30 PM for grades 5-8
Where: Board Room – Administration Center
300 S. Waukegan Rd


All parents are encouraged to attend this session where Dr. Wiemer, Colleen Brueggeman and Laura Paull will be sharing information about District 67 Gifted and Enrichment Programs. We will also be sharing our new Handbook that has been created outlining all aspects of our programs.

 

At this time, come to learn about the overall programs, our screening process
and ask whatever questions you have related to gifted education.

New for Parents and Teachers of Gifted: Ask the Counselor
Every month our gifted counselor will provide expertise on a particular subject relative to giftedness. We hope to be able to answer common questions that arise in understanding and supporting gifted students. Our first article is on "Homework." Each month a new topic will be posted onthis page.
